ESUT Post UTME Requirements
Enugu State University of Science and Technology invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its various full-time and part-time degree programs for the 2024/2025 academic session.
Only students who score the required JAMB cut-off mark for the Enugu State University of Science and Technology and choose the Enugu State University as their first choice in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are eligible to apply for admission.
ESUT cut-off mark is 160, except for Medicine and Surgery, Law, Medical Laboratory Science, and Pharmacy, which is 200.
Those who did not choose the University and are willing to change and make Enugu State University their first choice institution on JAMB portal are also eligible to apply for admission.
In addition, candidates must obtain at least FIVE CREDIT passes in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language at not more than two sittings. However, some ESUT courses don’t require credit in Mathematics.
The school management advised all prospective students to adhere strictly to the admission guidelines and obtain the necessary clarifications. Any student who fails to participate in the PUTME screening exercise will not be considered for admission.

- Under Regular Students, click on Screening Registration.
- On the page that shows up, key in your JAMB Reg. No. and Click.
- Key in the required details in the next page to generate your invoice.
- On the invoice page, you have payment options using Interswitch; which include:
- By Bank Branch: This involves you proceeding to any commercial bank with a printout of the generated invoice which contains a reference number that you would use for payment of N2000 (excluding service charges) via Enugu State IGR paydirect.
- By Debit Card: This involves you paying online with your Debit Card.
- Return to the application page and enter your ‘JAMB Registration Number’ again.
- Proceed with the completion of the form.

- Print out your acknowledgement slip.
