Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its various ND full-time and ND part-time programs for the 2023/2024 academic session.
Only students who score the required JAMB cut-off mark for the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic and choose the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic as their first or second choice in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are eligible to apply for admission. The admission cut-off mark is 120.
In addition, candidates must obtain at least FIVE CREDIT passes in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language at not more than two sittings. However, some Akwa Poly courses don’t require credit in Mathematics.
The school management advised all prospective students to adhere strictly to the admission guidelines and obtain the necessary clarifications. Any student who fails to participate in the PUTME screening exercise will not be considered for admission.

- Candidates should visit Akwa Poly screening portal at http://www.akwaibompoly.edu.ng, click online Application, then generate an invoice (RRR Number) with the following details

- Candidates should go to any commercial Bank in Nigeria to purchase an electronic application pin for ₦2,000.00 (Inclusive of Bank and other charges) for the purpose of the screening exercise.
- Candidate must upload their WEAC result to JAMB via JAMB’s portal and the Akwa ibom state polytechnic portal respectively.
