The University of Jos will start giving admission two months after UNIJOS Post UTME screening exercise has concluded. But you can check your admission status frequently via the official JAMB Portal.
Is UNIJOS Admission List Out for 2023/2024?
Has the University of Jos started giving admission for 2023/2024? When will UNIJOS admission list be out? This is to inform all Post UTME and Direct Entry candidates that participated in the University of Jos Post UTME screening exercise that the school management has released the names of admitted students for this year’s academic session.
All Post UTME and Direct Entry candidates who participated in the screening exercise can now check if their names appear on the first batch or UNIJOS 2nd batch admission list 2023/2024. The University of Jos admission list batch B and batch C can also be accessed via the UNIJOS admission portal.
If your name doesn’t appear on the first or second batch, you can also check UNIJOS 3rd batch admission list 2023 in order to be sure you have been offered admission.
University of Jos Admission List 2023/2024
The University of Jos 2023/2024 admission list includes the names of students who applied for this year’s Post UTME screening exercise and meet all the requirements for admission. To check the University of Jos admission list 2023/2024 academic section, follow the procedures outlined below.
How to Check UNIJOS Admission List 2023/2024
- Visit jamb.org.ng/efacility.
- To access the list, log in to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
- Scroll down the home page and click on Check Admission Status.
- Select your Exam year and Enter your JAMB registration number in the required field.
- Finally, to access your admission status, click on ‘Check Admission Status’
- You will either see Congratulations! or Not Admitted, or admission in progress check back later.
How to Check Admission Status on UNIJOS Portal
- Go to the official portal at portal.unijos.edu.ng.
- Click on Check Admission.
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number.
- Click on Get Started.
- If you have been offered Admission, your login details will display.
If you have been offered admission, you need to proceed to JAMB CAPS portal and login with your JAMB profile. The system will display your dashboard showing your admission details. Click on ACCEPT to show that you have accepted the admission offer.
Remember to print out your admission letter after accepting the admission and proceed to pay your acceptance fee and UNIJOS school fees as soon as you can.
Note: If you see “admission in progress, check back later“, you need to be patient and check back later as instructed. This is because names are uploaded in batches and subsequent batches will be released. Just check back after some weeks and you will see Congratulations! You have been offered admission. Also, if you see Not Admitted, just be hopeful! Do not panic. You might still gain admission.
